HIARCS Chess is an acclaimed chess program with a history of winning multiple World Championships. It stands out as the only handheld chess program to have achieved victories in matches and tournaments against Grandmasters. The program proudly boasts two victories in the Mercusor Cup tournament in Buenos Aires, Argentina, outperforming Grandmasters with a remarkable performance rating surpassing 2900 Elo.
